Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller and Social Media Executive role based in Faridabad. The role involves making outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing customers, explaining services and offerings, answering queries, and maintaining call logs and customer records. The Telecaller and Social Media Executive will manage social media pages, create and post engaging content, respond to comments and messages,



and support online campaigns to enhance brand visibility. Daily tasks include coordinating with sales and marketing teams, following up on leads, assisting in promotional activities, and preparing basic reports on call outcomes and digital engagement. The role also involves adhering to communication guidelines, maintaining professionalism in customer interactions, and contributing ideas to improve outreach and customer experience.
Qualifications

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with clear and confident telephone etiquette.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and an interest in digital marketing.
Ability to maintain accurate records, prepare simple reports, and follow structured processes.
Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and CRM or call management software (training can be provided).
