Human Resources Intern
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HRBP & Recruitment Intern to support both strategic HR business partnering and talent acquisition functions. This role offers exposure to working closely with business teams, understanding workforce needs, and driving end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities
HR Business Partnering (HRBP)
Partner with business teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
Support HRBP in employee lifecycle management (onboarding, engagement, performance tracking)
Assist in addressing employee queries and improving employee experience
Help analyze HR metrics (attrition, hiring trends, engagement) and prepare reports
Support implementation of HR policies and initiatives across teams
Participate in employee engagement and culture-building activities
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups
Post job openings on portals and social media platforms




Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Required Skills & Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or project experience in HR or administration
Familiarity with HR software or applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices
