Role Overview:
Tenaro Global EPC is looking for an engineering professional with robust techno-commercial sales and business development experience to lead our Domestic Business & Operations team across India.
The candidate should be capable of understanding broad equipment and project requirements for process industries, power plants and steam-generation facilities, developing pan-India business opportunities and coordinating with clients, EPC contractors, OEMs, manufacturers and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:
· Develop domestic business opportunities and client relationships across India.
· Identify and pursue RFQs, tenders, BOQs and industrial equipment requirements from private and public-sector clients.
· Coordinate and prepare competitive techno-commercial quotations and proposals.
· Handle client discussions, pricing, commercial negotiations and order finalisation.
· Coordinate with Indian OEMs, manufacturers, vendors,



EPC contractors and engineering partners.
· Manage domestic orders from enquiry through procurement, execution, inspection, dispatch and delivery.
· Coordinate invoicing, payment follow-ups, freight and required commercial documentation.
· Lead the Domestic Business team and ensure performance, discipline, professional conduct and accountability.
· Maintain sales pipelines, project follow-ups, forecasts and management reporting.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Experience & Technical Exposure:
4–5 years of relevant experience in techno-commercial sales, engineering sales, EPC business development, project sales or industrial equipment sales within India.
The candidate should have working knowledge of equipment/systems used in process plants, power plants and steam-generation facilities, such as:
Boilers & Auxiliaries | Heat Exchangers | Pressure Vessels | Pumps | Valves | Piping | Rotating
