Role Description The Telesales Representative role at ParaFit India is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the representative will make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, introduce ParaFit’s customized diet plans, and explain product features and benefits clearly and persuasively. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries,



addressing customer questions, providing accurate information on pricing and services, and guiding customers through the subscription and onboarding process. The representative will maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system, follow up on leads, and work toward individual and team sales targets. This role also involves collaborating with nutrition and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience and participating in regular training to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
Robust Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication and active listening.
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain positive relationships.
