Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will contact prospective and existing clients to explain financial products and services, generate interest, and schedule appointments for financial advisors or sales team members.



Responsibilities include managing outbound and inbound calls, maintaining call records, updating client information in the system, and following up on leads to ensure timely conversions. The role involves answering queries, providing basic information on loan products, insurance, mutual funds, and other services, and directing complex questions to relevant team members. The Telecaller will work closely with the sales and operations teams to support daily targets and deliver a positive client experience.
