About Ekatva Festival

Ekatva Festival is a green and conscious living festival bringing together conscious brands, businesses, communities, creators, changemakers, and consumers under one platform. The festival aims to create meaningful connections across sustainability, plant-based living, mindful consumption, and community-led impact.

We are looking for a Client Delivery & Community Growth Associate who can take ownership of our stallholder/client experience while also helping us build a solid database and expand the Ekatva community.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Database Building & Lead Generation
Build and continuously grow databases of potential brands, exhibitors, stallholders, community groups, creators, organisations, institutions, and ecosystem partners relevant to Ekatva.
Research and identify potential participants, partners, and communities aligned with the festival.
Maintain accurate and updated databases with relevant contact details, category, outreach status, follow-ups, and conversion status.
Conduct regular outreach through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn,



and other relevant channels.
Identify new opportunities for partnerships, collaborations, and community participation.
Track leads and ensure consistent follow-ups until closure.

2. Client / Stallholder Delivery
Act as the primary point of contact for confirmed stallholders and event clients.
Understand client requirements and ensure all agreed deliverables are communicated and executed on time.
Coordinate with internal teams across operations, marketing, design, production, and sales to ensure smooth delivery.
Maintain a detailed tracker for client requirements, branding, stall specifications, assets, passes, electricity, branding opportunities, and other deliverables.
Follow up with clients for logos, creatives, brand information, product details, registrations, and other required information.
Ensure clients have a smooth experience before, during, and after the festival.
