Position: Maintenance Assistant Manager

Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering

Experience: 5–6 years in Automotive / Manufacturing Industry

Salary: ₹45,000–₹50,000 per month

Job Description / Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production machines and utilities.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize production downtime.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and recommend improvements for higher efficiency.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Stores departments for smooth operations.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team while ensuring adherence to safety practices.
Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen,



and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 requirements.

Skills Required

Strong knowledge of Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance.
Hands-on experience with manufacturing equipment and utilities.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation.
Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) skills.
Knowledge of TPM, 5S, and Maintenance Planning.
Positive communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced automotive/manufacturing environment.
