Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a PR & Sourcing Intern. The intern will assist in drafting press releases, managing public relations activities, building and maintaining media relations, and supporting strategic communications initiatives. Day-to-day tasks will also include collaborating with stylist, executing sourcing request, and contributing to the brand's overall PR and sourcing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily with stylists for outfit requests
Maintain timely follow-ups on confirmations, dispatch, and returns
Build and nurture relationships with stylists and industry contacts
Track all sourcing activities and update internal sheets regularly
Coordinate dispatch of outfits for shoots, appearances, and features
Follow up to ensure proper brand tagging and visibility
Ensure timely returns and garment condition checks
Research current fashion, celebrity, and editorial trends
Identify relevant opportunities for placements and features
Assist in curating PR pitches tailored to editors and stylists
Support in preparing pitch decks and brand notes when required
Qualifications
Proficiency in Press Releases and Public Relations
Strong Communication and Media Relations skills
Familiarity with Strategic Communications practices
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt within a team-oriented setting
