Role Description The Assistant Professor of Journalism and Mass Communication will teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in areas such as broadcast journalism, multimedia storytelling, and core journalism practices.



Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, delivering lectures, facilitating classroom discussions, supervising student projects, and evaluating assignments and examinations. The role also involves mentoring learners, contributing to curriculum development aligned with industry standards, and integrating CTPL’s digital platforms and tools into teaching and assessment. The Assistant Professor will engage in academic research, industry outreach, and departmental activities to strengthen the program and student outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur.

Qualifications
Solid foundation in Journalism, Broadcast Journalism, and Broadcasting, with the ability to teach and guide learners in these domains.
Proficiency in Multimedia storytelling and digital content formats relevant to contemporary media and mass communication.
