Role Description:
The Store Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for managing day-to-day store operations at Param Foundation centers. This includes welcoming visitors, explaining products and exhibits,



handling inquiries, and providing a positive, informative experience aligned with the Foundation’s mission. The role involves managing inventory, organizing merchandise, maintaining accurate records of stock and sales, and ensuring the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with internal processes. The Store Executive will process transactions, support basic sales activities, and coordinate with program and center teams to ensure materials and products are available for events and activities. The role also includes gathering visitor feedback, assisting with promotional initiatives, and contributing to a welcoming, inclusive environment for all guests.
