Speciality Restaurants Limited is looking for an experienced and creative Beverage Manager to lead the beverage programme across all our brands.

The position will be based at our Corporate Office in Mumbai and will require frequent travel to different cities for new restaurant launches, food festivals, beverage promotions, menu development and operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement beverage strategies across all brands of Speciality Restaurants Limited.
• Create innovative cocktails, mocktails and other beverage recipes aligned with individual brand identities.
• Plan and execute beverage menus for new restaurant launches, festivals and promotional events.
• Standardise recipes, presentation, portioning, costing and quality across outlets.
• Conduct beverage training and skill-development sessions for bartenders and service teams.
• Support the recruitment, assessment and development of bar teams.
• Monitor beverage costs,



inventory, wastage and profitability.
• Coordinate with Operations, Culinary, Purchase, Marketing and outlet teams.
• Track industry trends and introduce new products, ingredients and beverage concepts.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and statutory requirements.

Desired Profile:
• Strong experience in beverage operations within reputed restaurant groups, hotel chains or premium standalone restaurants.
• Excellent knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, cocktails, mocktails and current beverage trends.
• Proven expertise in beverage menu development, recipe standardisation, costing and team training.
• Creative, commercially aware and operationally hands-on.
• Strong communication, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India for launches, festivals, promotions and training assignments.
