About the Role
We are looking for a Business Process & CRM Executive to lead the successful implementation and
adoption of Zoho CRM within the organization.
This is a business-facing role where you will work directly with the Director to understand business
processes, translate operational requirements into CRM workflows, coordinate with Techginia's implementation team, and ensure successful adoption of the CRM across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through technology rather than simply configuring software.
Key Responsibilities
Business Process Understanding
Understand the company's sales, marketing, and operational processes.
Work closely with the Director and key stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
Document business workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
CRM Implementation
Coordinate the implementation of Zoho CRM with Techginia's implementation team.
Translate business requirements into CRM configurations.
Assist in configuring CRM modules, layouts, fields, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
Validate configurations through testing before deployment.
Support data migration and ensure data quality.
User Training & Adoption
Conduct training sessions for employees.
Drive CRM adoption across departments.
Provide first-level support for CRM-related queries.
Prepare user manuals and process documentation.
Project Coordination
Act as the primary coordinator between the organization and Techginia.
Track implementation progress and ensure project milestones are achieved.
Schedule meetings, collect user feedback, and facilitate issue resolution.
Continuous Improvement
Monitor CRM usage and user adoption.
Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
Recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer management.
