Juju Pune is looking for passionate and driven Commis Chefs to join our kitchen team.

We’re looking for people who are serious about building a career in professional kitchens, have a strong willingness to learn, and take pride in discipline, consistency, cleanliness and good food.

What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting daily kitchen operations and service
• Mise en place and preparation as per kitchen standards
• Assisting with cooking and execution across sections
• Maintaining food quality, consistency and presentation
• Following hygiene, food safety and kitchen SOPs
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of your section
• Supporting senior chefs during service and preparation
• Learning new techniques, ingredients and kitchen systems

What we’re looking for:
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen is preferred
• Culinary education is an advantage, but not mandatory




• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Good communication and teamwork
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• Attention to detail and commitment to standards
• Positive attitude and professional conduct
