Tendering & Procurement: Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ), evaluate contractor bids, and help award subcontracts.
Budget Management: Track ongoing expenses, manage cost variations, and forecast final project expenditures.
Contract Administration: Value completed work, authorise subcontractor payments, and resolve commercial claims or disputes.
Value Engineering: Suggest alternative, cost-effective materials or construction methods without lowering quality
