We are looking for an experienced IT Senior Manager to manage and oversee the complete IT infrastructure and day-to-day technical operations of our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall IT infrastructure, hardware and software
Troubleshoot and resolve laptop, desktop and system-related issues
Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet and network infrastructure
Monitor and maintain networking equipment and connectivity
Manage CCTV/camera systems and related IT infrastructure
Handle installation, configuration and maintenance of IT hardware/software
Ensure smooth functioning of all office IT systems
Manage IT vendors, AMC/service providers and technical support
Provide timely technical support to employees
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Lead the IT team and ensure quick resolution of day-to-day issues

Candidate Profile:




10+ years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure/support
Robust hands-on knowledge of networking, LAN, Wi-Fi, hardware and software troubleshooting
Experience with CCTV, internet connectivity, desktops/laptops and IT infrastructure
Good vendor and team management skills
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an advantage
