Role Description The Founders Office role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role works closely with the founders to support strategic planning, project execution, and day-to-day business operations. Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing presentations and reports, conducting market and competitor research, and tracking key metrics and deliverables. The role involves managing calendars and meetings,



documenting decisions and action items, and ensuring follow-through across teams. The person in this position will also help streamline internal processes, support special projects, and contribute to building a strong organizational culture aligned with Vizion Media’s vision.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct structured research, analyze data, and present clear insights to support decision-making.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft emails, presentations, and internal documents.
Solid organizational and project management skills, with experience in tracking tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
