Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a CA/CS/LLB professional. The role involves overseeing statutory compliance, corporate governance, and financial reporting in alignment with applicable laws and standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling direct and indirect tax matters, and coordinating audits with internal and external stakeholders. The professional will draft and review legal documents, manage company secretarial work such as board and shareholder meetings,



and maintain statutory records and filings with regulatory authorities. The role also includes advising leadership on risk, legal, and compliance issues, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate documentation and records management.
Qualifications
Professional qualification such as CA, CS, or LLB from a recognized institution.
Experience in accounting, taxation, audit coordination, and financial reporting in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of corporate law, company secretarial practices, and regulatory filings with MCA and other statutory bodies.
Ability to draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk assessment skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with accounting or ERP software.
Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate
