Role Description




The Brand Outreach Intern (Mumbai Agency) role is a full time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves supporting outreach initiatives to existing and potential brand partners, including researching prospects, maintaining contact lists, and assisting in coordinating meetings and pitches. The intern will help prepare outreach materials such as brand decks, emails, and basic campaign proposals, while collaborating with internal teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing influencer and production campaigns. Daily tasks also include tracking outreach activities, updating CRM or internal tools, and contributing to reporting on campaign performance and brand relationships. The intern will work closely with the agency team to strengthen brand partnerships and support the overall growth of the agency’s client base.
