Hiring a Lead Gen AI Developer with strong Python experience and hands-on work in Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and Large Language Models. The role focuses on building production-ready AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

Role: Lead Gen AI Developer

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune | Work From Office

Experience

6+ years experience
2.5–3+ years hands-on GenAI experience
Robust Python development experience
Strong software development fundamentals
Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills

Qualification

Engineering degree or equivalent technical qualification

Responsibilities

Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines
Develop APIs, services, and integration layers for enterprise AI applications




Build model evaluation frameworks for AI use cases
Optimize AI applications for scalability, performance, and cost efficiency
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams
Build, integrate, and deploy LLM-powered applications at scale

Additional Responsibilities

Evaluate and recommend AI-ready cloud infrastructure and vector database solutions
