Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of MIDASX's digital marketing initiatives across social media, email, WhatsApp, webinars, campaigns and performance marketing.
The ideal candidate should be organised, digitally savvy and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day execution of digital marketing campaigns.
Manage and maintain the social media content calendar.
Coordinate content publishing across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
Coordinate WhatsApp campaigns and communication initiatives.
Assist in webinar planning, promotions, registrations and post-event communication.
Coordinate with designers, copywriters, video editors and agencies for campaign deliverables.
Support lead-generation and performance marketing campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
Track leads generated through different digital channels and coordinate with Sales.
Maintain marketing databases and campaign trackers.
Assist in website content updates and basic SEO initiatives.
Research competitors, industry trends and relevant content opportunities.
Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time and according to brand guidelines.
What We're Looking For
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
Experience with social media, email marketing and campaign execution.
Good understanding of LinkedIn and digital content.
Robust coordination and project management skills.
