Role Description

The Personal Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior leadership in a rapid-paced diamond and jewelry environment.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings, handling travel and accommodation arrangements, and maintaining accurate records and documentation. The role involves preparing correspondence and basic reports, organizing files, assisting with internal and external communications, and liaising with business partners and vendors as needed. The Personal Assistant will also support ad hoc tasks such as event coordination, follow-up on action items, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications
