JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: Commerce graduation plus CA or ICWA

No of years of experience: Around 15 to 20 years

Preferred Age Group: Around 40-45 years

Conversant with SAP

Expert Domain Knowledge Of

Accounts - finalization, GL, AP, AR, monthly closing, Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss
GST - compliance, monthly return filing, reconciliation

Administration of Branch functions

Attending Courts for various Legal matters

Well-versed with MS Excel, Word

Nature Of Experience

Monthly closure of Books of Account, supervision and overview of various Accounting Functions like expense booking, payment to vendors, sales, collection from customers, Bank reconciliations, General Ledger scrutiny. Vendor and Customer ledger reconciliations etc. performed by the Team Members
Knowledge of GST and GST Returns, other statutory / mandatory compliances like PF Return filing, TDS. Payment of Taxes, attending Assessments and Appeals.



and Guiding and extending help to Team members in filing monthly Returns and achieving no Non-compliances
Co-ordination with Business Divisions and resolving issues
Attending to Internal Auditors and resolving their queries
Managing Branch Administration functions like coordinating for IT infrastructure support, Housekeeping.
Ensuring compliances with HR policies and guidelines, PF & Shop Establishment, Labour law, Contract employee compliances, Office premise lease negotiations / Maintenance, AMC & other Vendor negotiations and Agreement
Coordination with lawyers, preparation of Documents, attending courts, meeting arbitrators as support to Corporate Legal Department and Operating Divisions
Annual Operating expense Budget preparation
Person should be conversant with ERP (SAP) operations
Knowledge of MS Excel, Word etc.
