Role Description

This is a full-time, in office role for a Relationship Manager, located in Patna, with Financial Institutions Group, primarily managing Cooperative Banks’ relationships.

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to deliver seamless banking services and contributing towards achieving the bank’s business objectives.

Qualifications

* Strong client relationship management and communication skills
* Understanding of Indian Payment Banking ecosystem & products
* Ability to understand and address client needs effectively
* Understanding of banking software and technology
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Prior experience in Institutional sales will be an advantage
* Local candidates will be given preference
* Job involves travelling across UP & candidate should be open to and willing to trave
