Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Faculty position in the Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) Department at Sagar Group of Institutions - SISTec, located in Bhopal.



The faculty member will design and deliver undergraduate and/or postgraduate CSE courses, prepare lesson plans, develop teaching materials, and conduct classroom and laboratory sessions. Responsibilities include mentoring and advising learners, evaluating performance through assignments, projects, and examinations, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves contributing to syllabus design, curriculum enhancement, and continuous improvement of teaching methodologies aligned with industry needs. The faculty member is also expected to participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, research or project work, and institute-level events and outreach activities.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in core Computer Science and Engineering subjects such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating Systems, Databases, Computer Networks, and Programming Languages.
Ability to teach emerging and applied CSE domains, including areas such as Art
