Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, engaging prospective clients, and presenting APPL Solar solutions to decision-makers. Day-to-day activities include conducting client outreach, preparing and delivering sales presentations, managing the sales pipeline, and following up on leads to convert them into long-term partnerships. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with consulting and operations teams to understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and ensure seamless handover of closed deals. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, meeting defined revenue and activity targets, and contributing insights to refine sales strategies

Qualifications




Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, listen actively, and respond effectively to client needs.
Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, close deals, and achieve set targets.
Candidates should possess abilities in relationship building, negotiation, and basic business analysis to understand client contexts and recommend suitable solutions.
Relevant experience in B2B & B2C sales along with familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred; strong work ethics, reliability, and willingness to work in office in Noida are essential.
