Position: Pavement Engineer
Qualification: Master’s Degree in Highway Engineering / Transportation Engineering
Experience: Minimum 10 Years after Master Degree

Key Requirement
The candidate should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the design review of major highway projects, including projects where concrete and bituminous pavements have been designed and constructed.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and review pavement design for major highway projects.
Undertake pavement analysis and design for adaptable (bituminous) and rigid (concrete) pavements.
Review pavement materials, specifications, drawings and design reports.
Coordinate with highway, geotechnical, traffic and construction teams.




Provide technical guidance on pavement construction and quality requirements.
Review pavement condition, performance and rehabilitation requirements.
Ensure pavement designs comply with applicable codes, standards and project specifications.
Support technical reviews, site inspections and resolution of pavement-related issues.

Preferred Experience
Experience in major highway / expressway projects involving design and construction of both bituminous and concrete roads will be preferred.
