Role Description

The Architect role is a full-time, in office position based in Lucknow. The Architect will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordinating interior design elements to ensure cohesive project outcomes. Daily tasks include meeting with clients to understand requirements, preparing design presentations, producing detailed construction drawings, and collaborating with engineers, contractors, and vendors to resolve design and site issues.



The role also involves managing project documentation, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations, and supporting project timelines and budgets through effective coordination. The Architect is expected to participate in design reviews, contribute to material selection, and support continuous improvement of studio standards and processes.

Qualifications
