The Role
We are looking for someone who doesn't just manage accounts — they own brands. As a Senior Associate – Account Management, you will be the day-to-day brand and client partner, connecting the client with our Strategy, Creative and execution teams.
You will understand the brand, own the brief, bring a point of view and make sure the right work gets made. You don't need to be the strategist or creative — but you need to know what problem we're solving, ask the right questions and bring the right people into the room.

What You Will Do
Own the day-to-day client relationship and become a trusted partner to the brand.
Understand the client's business, brand, audience and objectives — and bring that understanding into the work.
Own and sharpen client briefs before translating them into clear briefs for Strategy and Creative.




Work with Strategy to understand the strategic response and help translate it into a strong creative/social challenge.
Manage the work from brief to delivery, keeping teams aligned, timelines on track and clients confident.
Bring a strong point of view on social, culture, platforms, creators and what will make content relevant.
Present work and recommendations confidently and be comfortable challenging a client when needed.
Spot opportunities to solve more client problems and grow the relationship.
