Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Customer Success to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, driving team adoption, and building long-term relationships with clients. Your primary objective will be to help customers achieve their desired outcomes while maximising the value they receive from our products/services.

Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships with customer / Internal Team Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients, helping them understand product features and benefits. Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Design, Execution and Support Etc ) to ensure customer needs are met.



Monitor customer health metrics and proactively engage to prevent churn. Manage and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product features and processes. Taking additional Tasks assigned by the management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Proven experience in Customer Success Management, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Require a fair understanding of local languages relevant to the region of operation (e.g.Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu Etc ) Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
