Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, and personnel records maintenance, in an in office role based in Delhi, India.



This full-time position involves supporting HR policies and procedures, assisting with performance management processes, coordinating employee benefits and welfare activities, and handling queries related to HR and company practices. The role includes collaborating with managers on workforce planning, supporting recruitment and selection activities, and helping organize training and development initiatives. The Human Resources Specialist will also assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining accurate HR data, preparing regular HR reports, and contributing to a positive, inclusive work culture.
