We are looking for a motivated Enterprise & B2B Sales Executive to drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, maintain strong customer relationships, and support smooth order and payment coordination.
The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, FMCG, fresh fruits & vegetables, food, wholesale, or related industries, with strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development

Identify and develop new B2B customers and business opportunities.
Generate leads and convert prospects into active customers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain solid relationships with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.

Market Intelligence & Pricing

Monitor market trends, customer demand,



and competitor activities.
Track pricing and demand-supply conditions.
Share relevant market insights with the management and sales team.

Sales Coordination & Collections

Coordinate customer orders and ensure timely order processing.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate timely collections.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with warehouse, operations, accounts, and other internal teams.
Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments.
Support day-to-day sales operations and business requirements.

Minimum Qualification

Graduation in any discipline; B.Com / BBA / BA preferred.
MBA/PGDM in Sales or Marketing will be an added advantage.
Basic proficiency in:
