Key Responsibilities:
· Manage multiple construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets with quality standards.
· Collaborate with architects, designers, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and specifications.




· Oversee the selection and procurement of materials and equipment for construction projects.
· Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify any issues or concerns.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
· Prepare detailed reports on project performance and outcomes.
· Time to time assignments shared by Directors

Candidate requirement:
· Diploma/BE - Civil with 15 +yrs of experience
· Proficient in drawing study and implementation
· Software tools for project management and design
· Good leadership quality
· Valuable value engineering skills
· Experience in pharma, Industrial, Residential, Restoration and rehabilitation work will be added advantage
· Have complete exposure and work experience in handling projects from Initial start till handover of projects and able to manage engineer team
