Role Description This is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru South, focused on both hiring and coordinating partners for future business development and diversification. The role involves identifying and recruiting suitable personnel to support organizational growth, collaborating with internal teams to define staffing needs, and managing end-to-end hiring processes. The position also requires mapping potential partner organizations, initiating and maintaining strategic relationships, and coordinating with partners to explore new business avenues, product lines, and market segments. Day-to-day tasks include market research, partner evaluation, scheduling and leading meetings, preparing proposals and presentations, and tracking business development initiatives.
