Taradevi's Enclave is our flagship residential development in Recent Shimla, built for discerning local and second-home buyers — HNIs, NRIs, and out-of-state investors. We sell a considered, high-ticket product, and closing it well takes judgment and skills, not pressure.

The role:
We are looking for a Closing Manager to convert qualified prospects into signed bookings. You own the last and most important stretch of the funnel: from serious enquiry and site visit through negotiation, objection handling, and final commitment. You'll work warm, pre-qualified leads generated by marketing and pre-sales, and your job is to turn genuine interest into deals — consistently and against target.





Key Responsibilities
• Own the closing stage of the sales funnel: convert qualified leads and site visits into confirmed bookings.
• Conduct high-quality site visits and consultative sales meetings with prospective buyers, including HNIs and NRIs.
• Handle price, inventory, and payment-plan negotiations to a close while protecting realized value.
• Identify and resolve buyer objections — pricing, timelines, financing, statutory concerns — with clarity and credibility.
• Guide buyers through booking formalities and hand off cleanly to the CRM/post-sales team.
• Coordinate with pre-sales, marketing, and channel partners to keep the closing pipeline full and well-qualified.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly booking and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and conversion data in the CRM.
• Represent the project and brand to a premium audience with the polish the price point demands.
