Job Title: Implementation – Sales Force Automation (SFA)
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Implementation – SFA to lead end-to-end implementation of our Sales Force Automation (SFA) solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, drive successful deployments, and ensure high customer satisfaction through strategic project leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation of the Sales Force Automation (SFA) solution for enterprise clients, ensuring alignment with business goals and timely delivery.
Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
for key client accounts throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-go-live support phase.
Analyze client business processes and translate functional requirements into scalable, user-centric product configurations.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Customer Success, and Account Management teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Drive user adoption through tailored workshops, training sessions, change management strategies, and ongoing enablement.
Monitor project health using KPIs, dashboards, and MIS tools; proactively manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.
Resolve escalations promptly by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring SLA adherence.
Identify upsell/enhancement opportunities in partnership with Account Managers to deepen customer relationships and expand platform usage.
