Job Description

Assistant Manager – Operations

The Assistant Manager Operations will play a key role in executing backend processes, investor lifecycle activities, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. You will work with leadership, investor relations, finance, legal, and tech teams to ensure operational excellence and a smooth investor experience.

Roles & Responsibilities: Operations Management
Handle daily operations related to investor transactions, onboarding, KYC, and documentation
Ensure timely processing of investments, payouts, redemptions & reports
Maintain high data accuracy across all processes

Investor Lifecycle

Coordinate with Investor Relations for onboarding,



document verification & CRM updates
Maintain updated investor records aligned with compliance (SEBI, RERA)
Act as internal escalation point for investor-related issues

Compliance & Documentation

Work with legal & finance to ensure all investor agreements meet regulatory standards
Support audits by maintaining proper documentation & reports
Stay updated with regulatory norms

Platform & Process

Collaborate with tech for dashboard testing, improvements & issue resolution
Identify operational process gaps and drive improvements

Reporting & Analytics

Prepare operational dashboards, KPIs, and data reports
Provide insights to support business decisions

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work with finance on reconciliations, disbursements & financial reporting
Support marketing and IR teams for campaigns, communications & events
