Role Description The Front Office Associate is a full time, on-site role based at Giovanni Village Resort & Spa in Bhopal. This role is responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring a smooth, courteous front desk experience. Daily tasks include handling phone calls, responding to guest inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate records of reservations and guest details.



The Front Office Associate will assist with payment processing, provide information about resort services and local attractions, and promptly address guest requests and concerns. This position requires consistent professionalism, punctuality, and adherence to resort policies and standards of service.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with experience in guest-facing roles and a focus on creating positive experiences.
Receptionist and front desk skills, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservation handling, and basic administrative duties.
Professional phone etiquette and the ability to manage incoming calls, inquiries, and messages efficiently.
Clear and confident communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members.
