Role Description The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Surat. The Relationship Manager will build and manage customer relationships, understand housing and commercial finance needs, and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions. Daily activities include meeting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and terms,



supporting customers through documentation and application processes, and coordinating with internal teams for credit assessment and loan disbursal. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, tracking leads, ensuring high service quality, and adhering to regulatory and company compliance standards. The Relationship Manager will contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets while focusing on long-term customer satisfaction and trust.
Qualifications

Candidate have more than 1 year experience in Home Loan and LAP vertical.
