Are you passionate about driving sales excellence and building high-performing teams?

We're looking for a Team Lead – Training & Capability to lead sales capability initiatives, drive trainer productivity, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver data-driven training interventions that create measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and mentor Sales Trainers across regions
✅ Drive KPI-based training interventions
✅ Partner with client SPOCs to execute capability campaigns
✅ Analyse performance data and generate actionable business insights
✅ Review trainer performance and ensure operational excellence

Preferred Experience:
✔ 4–10 years in Sales Training, Learning & Development, or Sales Capability
✔ Team leadership experience
✔ Telecom, Retail, FMCG, or BFSI background preferred
✔ Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
