? Hiring: HVAC & Thermal Lead Engineer – BESS Cooling Systems

? Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

We are looking for an experienced HVAC & Thermal Lead Engineer to lead the design, development, and optimization of thermal management systems for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Key Responsibilities:
Design HVAC and thermal management systems for BESS containers and battery enclosures
Perform heat load calculations, cooling system sizing, airflow management, and thermal optimization
Lead air-cooled and liquid-cooled BTMS design and validation
Review CFD simulations, thermal analysis, and engineering documentation
Design coolant circuits and piping layouts
Support pressure testing, product qualification, FAT, commissioning, and troubleshooting
Coordinate with Electrical, BMS,



PCS, EMS, Mechanical, and Manufacturing teams
Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, NFPA, IEC, UL and applicable standards
Mentor junior engineers and support recent product development
