AMM Author | 2 years To 6 years | Bangalore
Your Role
You will be responsible for collecting source data and performing detailed technical analysis to support the creation and revision of Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM), specifically within the structures domain of Airbus programs.
Your work will involve authoring AMM content in alignment with technical specifications and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ATA100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD-STE100.
You will guarantee the quality and timely delivery of documentation, ensuring it meets both engineering and operational requirements.
The role demands close collaboration with engineering teams and the use of Airbus-specific tools like GIPSY, GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, and PDMLink to manage and author content effectively.
Your Profile
You bring 2 to 9 years of experience in technical documentation,
with a robust focus on authoring AMM for Airbus aircraft programs including SA, LR, MB, and XWB.
You have hands-on experience working with Airframe and Systems ATA chapters and possess a solid understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, and related technical documents.
Your proficiency with Airbus tools such as GIPSY, GIDOCA, SAP, ZAMIZ, DACAS, and PDMLink enables you to work efficiently within the Airbus documentation ecosystem.
You are well-versed in international documentation standards including ATA100, iSpec2200, S1000D, and ASD Simplified Technical English (STE100), ensuring clarity and consistency in your work.
Your attention to detail, commitment to quality, and ability to deliver within tight timelines make you a reliable contributor to any aerospace documentation team.
