Role Description The Associate Agency Development Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Bidupur. The individual in this role will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding,



and developing agency partners and advisors, ensuring they understand Axis Max Life Insurance Limited’s products, processes, and compliance standards. Day-to-day tasks include supporting advisors in prospecting and customer meetings, driving sales activities to achieve business targets, and monitoring performance metrics across the agency team. The role involves conducting regular training sessions and coaching interventions, promoting a customer-focused sales approach, and maintaining strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and distribution partners. The Associate Agency Development Manager will also prepare basic reports, track sales pipelines, and contribute to local market development initiatives.
