Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore, responsible for driving sales performance and market growth within an assigned region. The role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, setting clear targets, and monitoring achievement against regional sales objectives.



Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners, and ensuring effective product promotion across all segments. The Regional Sales Manager will analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, optimize territory coverage, and support pricing and promotional decisions. This role also collaborates with marketing, supply chain, and senior leadership to ensure alignment on demand forecasting, inventory, and strategic initiatives, while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
