Processing Partners – Kairossys is looking for an AI/ML Engineer with 2–3 years of professional experience and strong hands-on knowledge of Python fundamentals, Machine Learning and AI development.

Responsibilities
Develop, train, test and optimize Machine Learning models.
Build AI/ML solutions using Python.
Write clean, efficient and maintainable Python code.
Perform data preprocessing, transformation and feature engineering.
Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
Develop APIs for integrating AI/ML models with applications.
Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and efficiency.
Debug and troubleshoot Python and ML-related issues.
Collaborate with software engineering and other technical teams.
Participate in code reviews and follow software engineering best practices.
Mandatory Skills
2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong Python fundamentals are mandatory.
Strong understanding of Python data types, functions, classes, modules, exception handling and OOP concepts.
Good understanding of data structures and problem-solving using Python.
Hands-on experience with Machine Learning.
Experience with Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn.
Understanding of data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
Experience with model training, validation and evaluation.
Working knowledge of SQL and databases.
Familiarity with Git and version control.
Preferred Skills
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience developing APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
Understanding of Deep Learning concepts.
Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG or vector databases.
Experience with Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS,
