We are looking for a skilled SAP HR Security Consultant with robust experience in SAP HCM/HR security, authorization management, and role design.
? Key Responsibilities & Skills
• Strong experience in SAP HR Security / SAP HCM Security
• Design, configure and maintain SAP HR security roles and authorizations
• Manage user access, roles, profiles and authorization objects
• Strong understanding of SAP HCM/HR authorization concepts
• Experience in role design, role maintenance and access provisioning
• Analyze and resolve authorization and access-related issues
• Support SAP HR security implementation,



enhancement and production support activities
• Conduct access reviews and ensure compliance with security policies
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to understand business access requirements
• Valuable understanding of SAP Security best practices
• Experience with SAP HR organizational structures and authorization concepts is preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
? Candidate Profile
✔️ 8+ years of relevant SAP experience
✔️ Solid hands-on experience in SAP HR Security
✔️ Good understanding of SAP HCM/HR processes and security
✔️ Available to work 5 days from Pune office
