Role Description This full-time,



in office Interior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator role is based in Chennai and focuses on cost and quantity management for interior projects. The role involves preparing detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for commercial, residential, and other interior fit-out works. The Interior Quantity Surveyor/Estimator will monitor project costs, track variations, and support cost control throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with design, project management, procurement, and site teams. Responsibilities include verifying contractor bills, supporting tendering and bid evaluations, preparing cost reports, and assisting in budgeting and value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality. The role also requires maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and contributing to timely, compliant project delivery.
