We’re Hiring: Social Media Manager | Flawsome ?

Flawsome is looking for a Social Media Manager to take complete ownership of our digital presence—from ideation to posting to community building and growth.

✨ What you’ll own:
- Ideate and create content that people actually want to watch, share & save
- Plan and manage the complete social media calendar
- Handle end-to-end posting and execution
- Grow our Instagram and other social platforms organically
- Track trends, understand what’s working and constantly experiment
- Build a robust, relatable voice for a women-first, women’s hygiene brand
- Work closely with the creative and marketing team to turn ideas into content that performs

? Who are we looking for?
Someone who:
- Has a natural knack for social media and storytelling
- Is a go-getter who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions




- Loves being on social media and understands what makes content click
- Has experience growing a page/brand—personally or professionally
- Is curious, creative, proactive and genuinely loves the job
- Can understand women, culture, conversations and the nuances around women’s health & hygiene

? Location: Noida, Sector 8
?️ Work: 6 days a week
? Salary: Competitive, based on experience
