Role Description This is a full-time Business Development Executive role based in Recent Delhi, offered in a hybrid work model that combines on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility.



The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with schools, colleges, and educational institutions, including prospecting, lead generation, and pipeline management. The Business Development Executive will conduct outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to introduce Classport’s experiential learning and international travel programs, and tailor proposals to client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing key accounts, coordinating with internal teams on program design and pricing, and tracking performance against sales targets and business development goals. The role also includes market research, participation in education fairs or events, and regular reporting on business activities, client feedback, and opportunities for product and process improvement.
