Head of Sales – Mandya Integrated Development

Bharathi Meraki is developing one of the largest integrated real estate developments in the Mandya region, envisioned as a destination that will evolve beyond plotted development into a comprehensive lifestyle and investment ecosystem.

The development will comprise a premium plotted community, with future phases planned to include villas, a hotel, an exclusive club, and senior living, creating a large-scale integrated destination with multiple residential, hospitality, lifestyle, and investment offerings.

Bharathi Meraki is looking for an experienced and highly driven Head of Sales to lead the sales function for this landmark development. This is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Mandya, with responsibility for establishing the sales engine, driving revenue and collections, building a high-performing sales organization, and creating a scalable channel and customer network for the project.





The role will initially focus on the plotted development while working closely with senior leadership to build the long-term sales strategy and market positioning for the entire integrated development.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the overall sales strategy and revenue growth for the Mandya development.
* Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual booking, revenue, and collection targets.
* Build and lead a high-performing direct sales and channel sales organization.
* Develop strong relationships with HNIs, investors, end-users, channel partners, and institutional networks.
* Build a robust network of channel partners, brokers, referral partners, and strategic sales associates across Mandya, Mysuru, Bengaluru, and other relevant markets.
* Drive the complete customer journey from lead generation and site visits through negotiations, bookings, documentation, collections, and closures.
