Role Description The Plant Head is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Vadodara, responsible for overall plant operations and performance. This role oversees daily production activities, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and coordinates production planning to meet delivery schedules and cost targets. The Plant Head manages cross-functional teams, monitors production metrics,



and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. Responsibilities include supervising quality control practices, managing budgets and resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company policies. The role also involves collaborating with senior management on strategic initiatives, supporting workforce development, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
